Upon his relocation to Cardiff, Lewis Turner embarked on a mission to build a network and connect with like-minded individuals. To his surprise, he discovered that most networking events in the city were overly formal, lacking a focus on genuine relationships and community.
There were many networking events, but none catered specifically to young professionals. Driven by this realisation, he founded Cardiff Young Professionals in 2022, aiming to create a space where aspiring professionals could truly connect. Lewis not only initiated Cardiff Young Professionals but also expanded this concept into different cities. The vision is to shape the Young Professional Group into a vibrant hub, offering everything from engaging events to valuable career opportunities, becoming the ultimate platfrom for personal and professional growth.
